Here are the safety instructions given in most of the assembly instructions for our parasols:

- Use caution when opening and closing this product.

- Keep your hands away from the folding mechanisms to avoid entrapment and pinching of finger(s).

- Place the product in a stable position on a flat surface.

- Check this product regularly. If in doubt, do not use it. Do not allow children to handle this product.

- This product should be assembled by a competent adult.

- Keep the product away from open flames and direct heat sources such as outdoor heaters and barbecues.


- Do not stand under this product during a thunderstorm.

- Do not allow children to play with this product. Do not allow them to hang from the product frame.
