🌬 When to close my Belveo parasol?Updated a year ago

It is necessary to close your BELVEO® parasol:

1️⃣ When the stand becomes unstable under the action of the wind on the parasol.

2️⃣ When the canopy remains mostly flaring over the ribs.

3️⃣ In all cases, do not use the BELVEO® parasol without adequate base (slabs with sufficient weight or anchoring to the ground) and when the weather services locally announce winds exceeding 40 mph.

For more information on how to weight your parasol, please find useful information here.

❗️Important

In strong winds, we recommend slightly loosening the BELVEO® parasol canopy. This can be done by turning the parasol crank.

If, after the wind has subsided, you notice the canopy still flares out above the parasol frame, this indicates the canopy is too tight. To remedy this, simply turn the parasol crank to relax the canopy slightly.
