How do I track and receive my order?Updated 2 days ago
1️⃣ As soon as we receive your order, we will start the preparation with our partner logistician. You will then receive an email telling you that your order is being prepared.
2️⃣ Once ready, your order will be picked up by a carrier authorized to transport your product. You will then receive a second email, this time to confirm that your order has been shipped.
3️⃣ This carrier will then contact you (usually by SMS or email) to set an appointment date, and will ensure delivery to your home. You will therefore be delivered according to your availability.
Note: for "small" products (canopies or protective covers for example), it is possible that the carrier will not make an appointment and will drop the goods directly in your mailbox.
