Have a question about one of our products? Do you want technical explanations, information about installation or delivery? To contact us by telephone, please first outline your enquiry via the chat function at the bottom right of our website. You will receive an initial written response within 48 hours on working days. You can then book a telephone appointment with a member of our customer service team if required. We have chosen to operate on an appointment-only basis to ensure that calls are handled efficiently. From experience, we know that it is very often impossible to respond instantly to your enquiries or complaints. Indeed, a minimum amount of verification is often required before we can provide you with an accurate answer (checking your file, liaising with the carrier, identifying the correct spare part, etc.). We prefer to provide you with an accurate answer rather than a quick but approximate one.Your time is valuable, so we prefer to get back to you once we have all the facts to hand to resolve the situation. Once these checks have been carried out, it is of course possible to arrange a telephone appointment to discuss the matter in person. Our team can be reached from Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 11:30pm and from 1:00pm to 5:00pm.If you want to contact us for customer support, we suggest filling out this contact form.
