1️⃣ Pack your package
Have your Belveo products been unpacked? Do you still have the original carton?
Items returned incomplete, damaged or spoiled are not accepted for return and are systematically refused upon receipt of the return. If you no longer have the packaging or if it is not in its original condition, you can return your items but in neutral packaging. However, you will be charged a restocking fee (30% of the product amount maximum).
2️⃣ Returning your package
Regarding the return, you have two options:
You can schedule a shipment yourself with the provider of your choice. In this case, you will pay the carrier directly for the return of your product. Here is the address of our warehouse :

We can organise a pick-up at your place, for a return to our warehouse. In this case, do you have any preferences of day and time? If so, please inform us directly by email. In this case, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving the products you are going to send back, we will be able to refund your order/product(s).
You have of course the legal right of withdrawal. Here is the extract of our General Conditions of Sales which refers to it:
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal and return of products
In accordance with the provisions of Article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify your reasons or pay a penalty.
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw from your order. You can submit your request by email [email protected]. We advise you to send us an email to process your request quickly. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this context, your responsibility is engaged. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be of a nature to defeat the right of withdrawal.
Attention: if you return incomplete, damaged or spoiled items, you will be charged for the return of the item. The products too damaged by the customers to be usable, are not taken back.
Belveo UK Ltd is bound to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, except for the return costs which are to be paid by the customer. Thus, in case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Belveo UK Ltd will refund the sums paid, excluding return postage, within 14 days of notification of your request and via the same means of payment that was used when ordering.
