The base of your parasol might become defective over time. If so, don't worry – we've got you covered.

If still under warranty, email us to request a spare part, which we'll provide free of charge. If your warranty has expired, visit our "Spare Parts" page to find the parts you need.

Here are the steps to replace a faulty mast base:

1. Unscrew the knob on the original base, turning counter clockwise.
2. Lift the cover to reveal a spring – keep it for the new base.
3. Gently remove the parasol from the old base, being careful with the fabric.
4. Unscrew the old base from the cross feet using a suitable wrench.
5. Screw the new base onto the cross feet, ensuring stability.
6. Place the parasol back onto the new base securely.
7. Replace the spring in the new base.
8. Screw the knob back onto the new base, turning clockwise.

You've successfully replaced the mast base of your parasol!
