Is the head of your cantilever parasol broken? Don't worry!

Firstly, please get in touch with us so we can arrange for a replacement part if your parasol is still within its warranty period. If your warranty has expired, you can find the necessary parts in our 'Spare Parts' section.

Once you've got the replacement part, follow these step-by-step instructions to fit it:

1. For safety, fasten the parasol fabric to the pole using the Velcro straps.
2. Remove the cap covers to reveal the screws on the parasol arm and the back of the head mechanism.
3. Begin by unscrewing the bolts on the arm, followed by those at the back of the head.
4. Fit the new head mechanism in place and then screw everything back together, doing the reverse of the removal process.
5. That's it – you've successfully replaced the head of your cantilever parasol! Enjoy your restored shade!
