We will proceed with your refund after our team has verified the products. It takes about 10 days from the receipt of your product(s) in our warehouse. 

The refund will be made either : 

- By bank transfer - if you have used this payment method

- By crediting the card used for payment.

You have not yet received your refund despite the 10 days? Don't panic, it's possible that we are experiencing a little delay in the management of returns and that your package is still in the sorting phase.
